All vehicles in the Quadis Rent a Car fleet are less than 3,500 kg of mma (maximum authorized mass). These vehicles can be driven with a type B driving license.
Can I reserve a vehicle and pay for it even if I will not be the person picking it up and driving it?
The only case in which a vehicle can be reserved and paid for in the name of another person is when it is a legal person. If you reserve and pay for a vehicle as a natural person, you must pick it up and drive it yourself.
My driver's license was stolen, can I pick up the vehicle by presenting the theft report?
You can only pick up the vehicle if you have a driving license in physical or digital format, if on the contrary you do not have it, the delivery cannot be made.
I do not have a credit card. How can I rent the vehicle?
In order to rent a vehicle if you do not have a credit card in your name, you must add a second driver with a valid driving license who does have a credit card in your name.
If I have forgotten my driver's license, can I still pick up the vehicle?
The vehicles are only delivered on presentation of the lessee's valid driving license. If for any reason you cannot present it, it will not be possible to proceed with the delivery.
